Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1 january 2026

AAHAR Media, a brand of Prisha Enterprises, provides digital marketing, social media management, content creation, advertising, SEO, branding, photography, videography, and other professional marketing services.

1. Minimum Service Commitment

Our standard service engagement has a minimum 3-month commitment. Clients opting for a shorter engagement may be charged a one-time setup/onboarding fee and applicable production/photoshoot charges

The minimum 3-month commitment allows AAHAR Media to properly understand the business, conduct market and competitor research, develop a marketing strategy, create content, implement campaigns, and measure performance over a reasonable period.

Clients who discontinue the service before completing the agreed minimum 3-month commitment may be subject to applicable setup and service charges as agreed in their proposal or quotation.

2. Setup Cost

For clients who do not opt for the minimum 3-month package, a one-time setup/onboarding cost will be applicable.

The setup cost covers activities such as:

Business and competitor research
Initial marketing strategy
Account and platform setup
Social media setup/optimization
Campaign planning
Content planning
Initial onboarding and coordination
Other resources required to begin the engagement

The applicable setup cost will be communicated to the client before the service begins.

3. Photoshoot & Production Charges

Photography, videography, photoshoot, and production expenses are separate unless specifically included in the selected package.

Applicable charges may include:

Food photography
Restaurant photoshoots
Videography
Reel/video production
Photographer/videographer fees
Equipment and production expenses
Travel and location-related expenses
Additional shoot requirements

Once a photoshoot or production activity has been confirmed and resources have been booked or the shoot has commenced, the applicable charges are non-refundable.

4. Advance Payment & Commencement of Work

Once an advance payment is received, AAHAR Media immediately begins research, planning, strategy development, scheduling, resource allocation, and preparation for the client’s project.

Therefore, payment for the current service month is non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Cancellation of Services

Clients may request cancellation of services for the following month after completing the applicable minimum commitment.

Cancellation requests must be communicated on or before the 20th day of the current month.

For example:

To stop services from October → cancellation must be requested on or before 20 September.
To stop services from November → cancellation must be requested on or before 20 October.

Requests received after the applicable deadline may result in the following month’s services continuing as per the agreed terms.

6. Cancellation During the Current Month

Once the service month has started and AAHAR Media has begun research, planning, content preparation, campaign planning, or other agreed work, the payment for that month will not be refundable.

Cancellation during the month does not entitle the client to a refund for the current month.

7. Third-Party Expenses

Payments already made toward third-party services or expenses are non-refundable once incurred.

This may include:

Advertising platforms
Influencer collaborations
Photography/videography
Software or subscriptions
Printing
Production
Travel
Other external services

8. Changes in Scope of Work

Any work outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.

Changes to the scope of work do not automatically qualify the client for a refund.

9. Refund Policy

Because AAHAR Media begins research, planning, strategy, resource allocation, and preparation after receiving payment, payments for the current service month are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Any exceptional refund request will be reviewed individually based on the circumstances, work completed, and expenses already incurred.
